I woke feeling icky -- I forgot my pill yesterday, the one that keeps anxiety and depression at bay. The irony of taking a pill that is supposed to make me feel "better" which makes me feel like death when not taken is not lost on me. I have decided I am going to fight thru this withdrawal -- feelings that are mine are so much better than those manufactured by the pharmacuticals. What is a little dizziness anyway?

Of course this puts all of my wonderful plans for the day on hold until I find my brain . . . why isn't there a button to push when you physically feel icky but your mind is still bursting with ideas? When you have to think thru what feels like oatmeal, your mind should cooperate and give you a break.
